SN65 Indoor Fire Hydrant

A fire hydrant is a fixed firefighting tool and an important part of the fire water system. It is installed in indoor fire cabinets, generally with a nominal diameter (mm), a nominal working pressure of 1.6MPa, and a strength test pressure of 2.4MPa. Applicable media: clean water, foam mixture.

▌Structural Characteristics and Uses

Fire hydrants are fixed firefighting tools and an important part of the fire water system. They are installed in indoor fire cabinets, generally with a nominal diameter (mm), a nominal working pressure of 1.6MPa, and a strength test pressure of 2.4MPa. Applicable media: clean water, foam mixture. The SNW indoor pressure-reducing and stabilizing fire hydrant relies on the energy of the water itself to achieve pressure reduction and stabilization, effectively controlling the fire hydrant’s water pressure and flow. No performance debugging is required during installation, making it easy to check. The indoor pressure-reducing and stabilizing fire hydrant is a new product developed to address the shortcomings and defects reflected in the fire design and construction process of ordinary fire hydrants in high-rise buildings, especially the user’s demand for stable pressure after the hydrant is closed. This product has the same appearance and structural dimensions as ordinary indoor fire hydrants, with switch functionality and automatic pressure-reducing and stabilizing features. It can convert the variable water pressure before the hydrant into a stable and full water column after the hydrant, a process automatically achieved by its internal pressure-reducing and stabilizing device.
